This is run by a few executive members who are responsible for circulating the activities of BMS to the community at large. Brochures, publicity materials on different programs of the organization are distributed among stakeholders, and also pinned at appropriate places if required. For archival collection in the library of BMS, this committee also documents all the activities undertaken.
